      On your feet 90% of the time, no breaks for most shifts, working with rude and entitled patients and families. Mental trauma from working through COVID.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
