      The main facility is all about nursing and how to keep and make their nurses feel worthy. Opportunity for growth.

      Need to improve nursing matrix so nurses don't feel as thought they are being asked to work with the bare minimum staff.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
