Pros
Working with Carolinas Healthcare gives you the opportunity to grown within yourself. You learn alot. Helping other always puts a smile on my face. I thought I wanted to retire with the system.
Cons
It's ashame that you cannot grow within the system. It's who you know not what you know or the knowledge you carry with you. This is the reason why I'm leaving to explore something different.
