      Great work environment, interesting and challenging work, opportunities for growth, manage everything from new projects to steady state systems support. Company support healthy living chouices with rebates, up to $750 per year.

      Cons

      Health care benefits have dimished each year since I've been here. Only plan offered in 2016 will be a 70/30 plan, high deductible, augmented by a Health Savings Account.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
