Pros
Great work environment. Very high caliber employees to work with and learn from. CMC Pineville is a great place to continue to learn and grow as a radiology tech because all aspects of clinical experiences (learned in school) are done on a daily basis.
Cons
Would like to see more permanent positions. It seems as though the vast majority of positions are prn. I would like to see the "prn pool" become some type of permanent position.
