Pros
- Many Departments within the System to choose from if looking for a change or advancement - CHS is the go-to healthcare system in the Carolinas or patients that require the most intensive treatment - Annual Bonus, with possible incentive bonus in addition to that
Cons
- The Benefits have changed in the last year or two; some believe that they are worse, but really it depends on the individual/family needs - The In-Network coverage for insurance is not as desirable as it could be
