      Opportunity to share concerns, although they may never be addressed

      Cons

      Benefits were excellent when I began with the organization. However, the health insurance at this point is disappointing and not a "benefit" anymore.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
