      Pay is good, insurance & all the benefits + I have the opportunity to WFH, grow and the team is amazing. (AH Specialty Pharmacy)

      Work life balance is off especially if you work from home, because work never ends, but at least they pay OV.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
