      -The co-workers are by far the best part. Outside of that, the benefits are subpar and pay is nothing to write home about.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
