Pros
Excellent values: caring, commitment, integrity and teamwork. Exciting company that is leading the healthcare industry in our region.
Cons
Like any large organization with over 60,000 employees, everyone won't be happy with decisions made. Recently employees have been dissatisfied with benefits and pay, but I believe it is comparable to other healthcare industry jobs. My division has definitely benefitted from the deep pockets of CHS and the dme company will survive because of it.
