I have the opportunity to work with top talent from all offices to assist with staffing needs. Ability to work independently, but can go to my team when there is an issue to troubleshoot. Worklife balance is attainable, but I must have the discipline to leave emails for the next day. The leadership team is both business as well as Civil Engineering focused which really helps stay ahead of the industry and expand the team to new markets. Being heavily diversified in our client offerings assist in the stability of the firm and offer employees the chance to be well rounded in their profession.
