An absolute disaster of almost intentionally disconnected senior leaders who are determined to protect the stock price, external image, themselves, their position or their respective reputations by utilizing layoffs, PIPs, or any other means to retaliate & silence dissent or even reasonable, good-faith complaints about inappropriate, potentially unlawful, or unethical conduct. Off the top of my head I can count at least 10 former employees that have come to me privately unprovoked telling me their stories that align with this experience. 4 layoffs in 2 years, 3 re-orgs. Same projects start stop start stop because of very poor leadership & getting rid of the only people that were ever actually moving strategy forward I can only assume due to pride. What a mess.
