*Training was absolutely horrible. *No guidance to employees who are learning the 'ins and outs' of radio sales. *Absolutely no support system in place to succeed. *Management was terribly ineffective. *Reneged of pay agreement. *Terminated two weeks before Christmas even though I made multiple requests for assitance in developing my new career. *As a new account executive, they promised me account lists that would earn a certain amount, but refused to allow me direct contact with MY OWN new accounts to build a rapport to develop. *One hand does not know that the other hand is doing.
