Pros
Had a decent amount of freedom, some friendly coworkers, decent facilities to work in day to day. Able to move up the ladder if you work hard and show you are willing to learn.
Cons
Employee backstabbing is common. A lot of people who are stressed to the point that they drink nightly. Bad communication, and very bad corporate transparency. You are not sure you will have a job tomorrow, as they cut positions you would think wouldn't be able to be.
