Pros
Some ticket and access perks, but it’s not enough to make up for the terrible culture.
Cons
It’s a dog eat dog world at Entercom in Kansas City. Management does not care about the human factor of any of the employees and there’s absolutely no professional development. The only time you hear from a senior manager is if they are unhappy with something they are forced to be accountable for. Upper level managers have no vision for the future and year after year refuse to make a strategic plan.
