Pros
Staff is very friendly, there are opportunities for growth but I just haven’t been able to do so. Hire from within mostly.
Cons
I’ve been locked out of the company email and portal accounts for 2+ months while contacting IT weekly. I was told I was going to get a raise months ago and that still hasn’t happened. Anytime you apply for a job they always seem to have somebody else already lined up for the position and just do interviews as a formality. I was fortunate enough to get a good opportunity board operating coming out of school which I was very thankful for. I’ve been working hard for them for over 2 years showing my worth with any opportunity they give me but don’t feel like they look at me as a long term asset rather a convenient, reliable warm body they can count on for a couple overnight shifts.
