My number one complaint with Entercom is compensation and the lack of opportunity for advancement. They would rather hire a new person and take on the additional cost of retraining someone before increasing a current employees salary. The overall message is "You're lucky to have a job and if you don't like it, don't let the door hit you on the way out".
