Pros
Brands have somewhat of a presence in their markets. Support teams & benefits are comparable to others.
Cons
They let good people go way too easily. Market management is misguided. Sales are down so they cut on-air talent? Why not under-performing sales managers? Very sad when the on-air content is weakened to keep a sales manager driving a BMW. Favorites over performance every time. Market management is dishonest & lazy, yet no one cares as they were cheap.
