Billing - Anonymous employee Audacy (PA) Employee Review

I was in charge of the billing for all the social media aspects. I had customers calling me left and right complaining about how they were getting charge for something that wasn't even up and running. This company spends money they don't have and takes advantage of small businesses by saying they'll help your company when in fact they just take your money and make up what they're doing on the back end. I honestly felt like I worked for crooks.
