Worst job ive ever had - Senior Digital Project Manager Audacy (PA) Employee Review

Horribly low pay with no opportunities for growth, not even a 3% raise every year unless you are lucky and pretty much force your manager to even consider giving you a yearly review, which should be protocol for all companies. Its actually absurd how poorly things are run here. Account executives only care about themselves. Mangement only cares about the TOP account executives, and everyone is rude and doesn’t cre about anyone but themselves. Often worked past work hours with literally the worst pay, no overtime, and had one measly raise of about $20 extra on each paycheck after working there for three years. The stress is not worth the pay whatsoever.
