      Pros

      It's radio! I loved every minute. The people, the equipment, environment....ALL top shelf

      Cons

      They, like so many others in this business, don't care about the local flavor of On-Air talent. Too many board-ops/syndicated shows instead of live, local, actual residents on the air talking to their city.
