      Pros

      - good salary and benefits - nice office - free Audible account

      Cons

      - all strategic decisions are made in the US - mandatory 5 days RTO - company divided into FTEs who have been there for years and stopped adding value and FTCs who have no incentive in to going above and beyond considering conversion rate (to FTE) is really low - some people's mentality (I've experienced countless incivilities)

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Disorganisation. Commute can be hard.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
