      Pros

      Free Food & Snacks, and some great extra curricular actives. As in any places, some people are really great...They also have Happy Hour!

      Cons

      The data is horrible, so if you are an Engineer/Analyst working with data, prepare yourself. (Although everyone knows its bad...its going to still cause you trouble). Many Product Managers have no idea what they are doing...so hope your product has a good product manager!

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
