Too much politics, senior leadership too arbitrary and hellbent on bringing their incapable stooges in the middle management position. No career growth unless you are part of this politics. You have to learn the art of flattering your boss laugh at his stupid jokes - this is the only ticket to a career trajectory. I have seen so many able people just languish in frustration here that there seems to be no word of comfort. Not sure who runs this company - too much reorg if any outsider or people well versed in Organizational dynamics saw this place they would label it a disaster.
