Pros

Great people, very easy to move up if you are a top performer. Very good dynamic with Colombia office. Work processes and procedures were easy to find and follow. And competitive against large and small companies.

Cons

In the downstream sector - there were a few key hires that affected the business and the culture. Relationships with certain key clients were impacted. At one point we were instructed to completely stop business with a certain client, despite keeping us busy during covid, due to rates. This led to a significant drop in office utilization and low morale.

Pros

Great place for trainee and junior engineers to learn by being overloaded and doing jobs of senior

Cons

A hire-and-fire company. Favoritism is a key problem in this company. A PM was promoted to Manager, along with all PMs, after only 3 months of being hired, just because they were friends with a key person. PMs are sacrificing the quality of the technical work by using AI and outsourcing engineering to low-cost providers.
