Pros
Amazing team of really smart and down to earth people. Strong core values, that are actually lived out each day. Tons of variety in work and opportunity to grow. Flexible WFH options. Good benefits. Central location, without the downtown traffic and parking issues. Easy light-rail access. Free snacks!
Cons
We’ve grown a lot in the last few years and have had some growing pains as a result, but it’s all understandable and for the better. Had a few bad hires, but they’re gone now. If you're a drama queen or prima-donna, you won't fit in here. I guess that’s actually a pro, not a con. ; )
