Pros
The atmosphere that Aultman provides to work in is great..Your colleagues are all very helpful and hospitable. The salaries are good, the hours reasonable. I don't see any reason why a doctor, nurse or any other worker should NOT work here.
Cons
Honestly i cannot think of any reasons not to work here..Maybe the paychecks aren't as good as some of the other hospitals like MERCY maybe but thats about it..and sometimes the hours can be unreasonable for interventionalists and emergency personnel.
