Pros
Have contributed to cut benefits and not keep up with salaries in the area. Just keep taking and expecting employees to do more and more and two and three peoples jobs. If you make a mistake while doing others jobs you get wrote up. They continue to keep pay down as entire departments leave by the dozens. The one s left are getting paid incentives at times to come in and to work under skeleton crew conditions. Why not up the pay and treat who you have better and create a better work environment? Unbelievable.
Cons
They don’t care about you. You are a number and if you don’t like it someone else will be hired for cheaper.
