Since I joined Boecore in 2015 I have been treated like family. In fact, immediately after I was hired and throughout the orientation period I was treated like a human and not just another employee to fill the ranks of the company. 4 years later I still am awarded with that same positive feel to work for a great and small company. -Family oriented -Great benefits -Employees are priority; treated with professional respect and fairness -Corporate and management treat everyone equally, like family and even better in some ways. -Encourage continued education, and pay for inexpensive courses to stay current and competitive. -Paid moving expenses -We have several "boomerang" employees.
