Pros

Great coworkers with a team mentality that make showing up to work worth it. Great training program for each facet of the company, incredible opportunity for people to get into the medical field.

Cons

A bit of disconnect from clinic demands and upper management - needs increase of staff and incentives in keeping staff for long term. Hours tend to be long, and clinic demands are definitely demanding

Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.
