The Compensation is not great. Even if we get the full profit sharing its still not where it should be. Prepare to be disappointed at annual reviews and promotions. Your bump in salary will likely be the standard 3%. The pension is probably why the compensation isn't great, but as someone early in your career, just work somewhere else and make more money, and invest the difference yourself. You'd be better off that way likely. Prepare to be disappointed if profit sharing isn't paid out because of the weather, which is out of your control.
