Unrealistic expectations. We are expected to do 12-14 hours worth of work in 8 hours. management will step over a dollar to pick up a dime. We are back up and overpaying claims just to get them off our desks. most of us have over 150 pending claims and that is not manageable when we are expected to inspect them all fill out requests and attend mandatory meetings.
