Great Place to Start - Anonymous employee Auto-Owners Insurance Employee Review

Reluctant to change with the times. Extremely dull work environment. Complacent management and employees. Management does not hold associates accountable, which leads to resentment. Salaries a bit low. Bonus program structure has nothing to due with performance, but years of experience. Promote individuals that have no clue how to lead people. Upper management being friends with employees they directly oversee....this is such a bad practice.
