Pros
Pensions are good. Schedule makes it so you only work 37.5 hours per week. If the company has a good year bonuses get paid.
Cons
The culture is so old-school it will make you want to pull your hair out. Still have to get dressed in business formal everyday. Company comes off very cheap, and I mean that in the bad way.
