Pros

Decent Benefits Alot of personalities

Cons

Firing Culture - Do not expect Longevity, They were firing ASMs on my way in. They fired the training coordinator while in training then the VP of sales. They do not have an established pipeline and its a TON OF COLD CALLING, BDR team is not good 30% show rate on demos created by the BDR's. They lean more on the ASM to create demo's and hold us to higher expectation when it comes to creating opportunities then the BDR's. Required to set 2-3 appointments per week yourself. Sales training is trash they can't figure out if they want to sell the DR tool or push showroom on everyone. No real go to market scheme. They will fire you in the middle of working a deal, and not pay you on it. Saw an ASM sell a massive deal and then the following month get fired for performance. They want you to annoy your customers with emails until you get them to respond. Management calls it the "Crazy Ex GF" style of communication. Its really just consistent emails over and over after the demo is over forcing the client to respond to you. If the client does not respond Head of sales will tell you, you aren't being "strategic". This is a glorified telemarketing job, Great pay, decent benefits but if you are keeping up with quota, which lets be real....nobody is consistently hitting goal except maybe 1 or 2 people on a month to month basis. I lasted less then 6 months. They pressure you constantly to sell, and the way they move makes you feel like you are going to get fired regularly, there is no learning curve. You have 3 months and if you aren't hitting goal you are gone not to long after that. Stop pushing showroom down customers throats if they want to move forward with digital retail. Sales Management needs a sales management team to teach them management skills and the head of sales needs to go back to selling because he struggles with coaching. Not his skill
