Pros

If you are a Jr Engineer this is a good place to get your foot in the door but I wouldn't stay there longer than 2 years.

Cons

- lots of gossip and internal politics - salary employees are treated like hourly employees ( extremely petty about time away from desk ) - tech can be very dated or Jr level ( windows forms, bootstrap ) ( in relation to one of the other posts ) The idea that the tech is cutting edge is a complete joke.

Pros

Nothing at all. The atmosphere seems inviting but it is nothing of the sort.

Cons

The employees have been here for so long they dont know they are being taken advantage of the Owners are entitled and the disrespect and racism is LOUD. The whole staff is lazy and unproductive. The higher ups do not understand the industry and are copying other companies. No work life balance, pay does not match the work and please don't ask for a raise or be fired.
