No annual performance reviews, terrible cross-departmental communication, admin staff is often not treated as a valued member of company, nepotism, success in company is not dependent on job performance but schmoozing the right person (see nepotism), executives make haphazard, hasty, & extemporary decisions

Nothing at all. The atmosphere seems inviting but it is nothing of the sort.

Cons

The employees have been here for so long they dont know they are being taken advantage of the Owners are entitled and the disrespect and racism is LOUD. The whole staff is lazy and unproductive. The higher ups do not understand the industry and are copying other companies. No work life balance, pay does not match the work and please don't ask for a raise or be fired.
