Pros
Varied work day, lots of different people, experience in hiring, management, corrective actions, and problem solving. Good insurance benefits. 10%+ bonus every quarter for meet company goals.
Cons
All the responsibility, without any real freedom to manage your store. No training for any employee, all training is done on the fly. District managers can be either great, terrible, or in between. No standard of training, management, or process improvement. Vacation time is low and slow to increase. Working Saturday's is expected, no set schedule, and, 50 hrs a week is mandatory for store managers. Some advancement opportunity, but it's limited and slow going for anything above store manager. They keep salaries low by looking for less educated employees, and don't like those who know better.
