You are a sales person first and last. MAKE MONEY MAKE MONEY. Pressure sales, threats of loosing job if you don't sell as much as they want you to sell. Only the store manager and District Manager get bonuses if they reach/exceed their target, so you are putting money in their pocket. If you made commission on certain sales that they want you to push, you would make good money. It's better to sell phones, at least you get some kinda cut. Here they tell you "You get to keep your job". Store Manager and District Manager told me that. Be a Commercial Manager, at least then you can get what you make bonus wise.
