Needs to increase wages - Production Operator Autokiniton Global Group Employee Review

Corporate doesn't care about people that work in the factories. Employees that work in the factories are WAY under paid! Corporate hasn't changed wages in years so no one wants to work for the small amount of pay so there is a high turn over. Whilethe people in the factories are under paid, understaffed, over worked....Corporate is at home getting paid (very well), on vacations while supposed to be working (we see and hear about it all the time!), don't hear from them even when issues are being reported.
