      Very high turn over rate, management doesn't train people but simply shows machine/paperwork processes; some in management actually intimidate some of the workers; difficult to advance

      Pay and vacation time. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership overall with constant change. The top makes so many mistakes. They do not treat the floor well and definitely do not take care of their employees.
