Pros

Mid level employees are awesome

Cons

Communications is non existent. You can show up for work one morning and nothing is the same, access to necessary folders or files, or passwords or any one of a dozen other things has changed, and there is no previous notice. Everything is done word of mouth. If you don't overhear a manager or supervisor or the "security wonk" telling one person what's up, you are completely in the dark. There is no room for advancement and very little feedback regarding your work. The core software is so unstable that every time they manipulate it to fix one thing, something else breaks.

Leadership is transparent, forward-thinking, and supportive. Positive work culture and a sense of shared purpose.

Don’t lose sight of what has made company successful — the people — as the company grows, it's important to maintain the culture and customer-centric values that set it apart.
