Hard work is identified and rewarded. Management is approachable and quick to assist and educate when a question arises. Owner is engaged and passionate about the company. Company has a family feel and a laid back environment. Good pay and benefits that are well explained and easy to understand. Co-Workers are quick to assist outside of their assigned duties. Generous monthly lunches provided and prepared by management. Great work/life balance.
