Pros

In my time with the company, it was safe to say that there were no pros whatsoever other than there were just a handful of nice people that I worked with.

Cons

Well, let's start with the fact that in 3 years of employment, I had 10 supervisors. That is insane! Put that together along with a lack of training and bad management at the top and you end up getting a dumpster fire. Also, I can't forget the low pay and very high turnover company wide.
