      Colleague were good most of them left

      Cons

      Company is not growing and new management is full of micro management and doing repetitive work. IPO dream is just a dream sold to keep people in the company ..now people are over it .. firing every few weeks. Attrition is very high ... people who can crack interviews are leaving.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
