      1. Company growing very well 2. Has strong and good quality customer base 3. Good work culture 4. Strong focus on quality of communication 5. Management hires Industry experts to train employees in Emotional Quotient, Agile and Technical Skills 6. Management is transparent. Concerns are addressed immediately 7. Freedom of speech and expression 8. Each and every department manger is strong and has a positive outlook. They are also very good and great human beings

      A select few experienced employees show attitude.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
