1. Office politics.
2. Management and HR are biased
3. Doesn't consume innovative people/approach. In fact word "innovation" is still alien here.
4. "Apple-polishers" are preferred over hard workers.
5. HR is just for the sake to have these people.
6. No work-life balance. Management feel proud to make people work in extended hours. If one leaves office on-time, everybody stares him as doing an offence.
7. IT infrastructure is not competitive. Free/open source tools preferred over robustness/usability/fulfilling overall purpose.
8. Working environment is not hygienic.
9. Management is not employee focused/employee first.
10. You can be sacked out if you complain of any of above mentioned point.
