Small company mostly filled with local people. Favorites and blame-games are common place. If you are favorite of top guys, you can get promoted. Otherwise you will have lot of challenges, unless you stick to your job.

Many may think small companies will have lot of career opportunities (It is true only if the company is growing and if the top management is willing to recognize the right talent). That is not necessarily the case here.
Work culture is very bad. Weak-management, no planning and last minute changes from CEO. Without clear work definition, we ended up rushing for last minute changes always. Spending the whole nights in the office was very common during the release periods.
Expect to work minimum 12 hours a day and some teams were even forced to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
