- products are released with errors in a rush to get them out despite claims to the contrary
- after sales service is very poor - customers often complaining but having paid money little they can do
- press releases praising the company are not truthful
- high series a valuation may prove to be an issue come series b time - valuation is inflated
- co-founders are not very professional - speak in their own language in meetings and decisions seem to change making life difficult for the team. Their experience appears to be reasonably limited so company would really need to be run by someone who has extensive experience in the Bay Area to maximise its potential
- interview process is a nightmare
- there is an element of used car salesman in the sales of the product which while good would not really be considered ‘cognitive RPA’ despite it being promoted as such by the founders and marketing material
