Just FYI on the 401k match issue, because it keeps coming up: we're not at the point where we want to divert precious venture dollars into 401k match (because this is essentially tantamount to routing our investor funds into the public equity of other companies). We believe that our compensation package is competitive without the match component. That said, we're always very attuned to the need to stay competitive in this realm, and we've got a great new total rewards leader working on important updates and tweaks that you'll see/hear about soon.
